Designed to create breath awareness, enhance balance, and increase flexibility, this class is perfect for students new to yoga or for those experiencing joint sensitivity, stiffness, or other forms of physical limitations.

True to its definition, Vinyasa offers a dynamic class with heat-building sequences to invigorate your mind, body, and soul. This class is appropriate for the more experienced student. We recommend that you bring your own mat.
Vinyasa Power Flow
This class ups the ante with a high intensity experience that's both fun and challenging for students of all levels. Link breath to movement with poses designed to improve strength, balance, and flexibility.
This ancient form of movement promotes balance, flexibility, strength, and relaxation through various postures and breathing techniques. It's perfect for students of all levels.
Build a lean, strong body with Pilates. Our certified Pilates instructors will guide you through this system of exercises designed to develop core strength, build flexibility, improve body awareness, and decrease the risk of injury. Choose from free Pilates mat classes or sign up for fee-based small group Pilates reformer classes. Small group sessions are held in studios and offer classical as well as advanced training on the equipment. Private lessons are also available.

Reformer Level I
Learn the basics. This Level 1 reformer class will lay the foundation needed for higher levels of practice.
Reformer Level II
For students who have mastered Level 1 and wish to take their reformer practice to the next level, this Level 2 class addresses inversions and balance work and integrates tower work. For students at an intermediate level and above.
Reformer Level III
Our most challenging level of reformer, this class is appropriate for those who have mastered Level 2 and have received instructor approval to move up. Exercise transitions and class flow are emphasized. Tower work is integrated throughout.
Support optimal functioning of the joints, muscles, and organs. This class is perfect for those challenged by conditions like arthritis, osteoporosis, joint replacement, and is also ideal for postnatal strengthening and conditioning.
Pilates Class Pricing
Four classes per month: $80
Eight classes per month: $155
Pilates Passport: Those enrolled in the two classes per week per month option will receive a Pilates Passport, which allows an individual to take an unlimited number of classes in their level on a drop-in or space available basis during that month.
Class Policies: All classes are held in Studio A. Instructor approval is required for Reformer Level 2 and Level 3 classes. A 24-hour cancellation policy is strictly enforced. Classes may be cancelled due to low enrollment.
