Year-Round Swim Lessons


Offered for adults and children, our qualified instructors will teach you to swim or hone your technique. Lessons are 25 minutes in length and can be scheduled at the Activities Desk.



For adults and youth looking for technique and stroke development, triathletes hoping to improve in-water performance, or serious and emerging competitive swimmers seeking that extra edge.



Choose from private or semi-private instruction, our Spring Swim Clinic, or other seasonal small group workshops and clinics.



Small group instruction for kids 3-17 years old begins in spring and runs through fall. Parent-and-tot lessons for ages 6-36 months are offered during summer.

AquaFit Classes

Be nice to your joints while you give your heart, blood vessels, and lungs a healthy boost. AquaFit classes are fun, social, and a safe way to strengthen your muscles, increase flexibility, get a non-impact aerobic workout, and aid physical therapy. It's an activity you can enjoy for a lifetime.

AquaFit classes are offered mornings and evenings throughout the week. Classes for arthritis therapy and other specialty classes are offered weekly. All swim levels are welcome. Check the aquatics schedule for AquaFit classes and times.

TEAM ClubSport Adult Swim

TEAM ClubSport offers one weekly mid-morning lap swim for TEAM members with swim coach Terri Romine. Participants are required to know basic swim stroke knowledge and must be able to swim 10 lengths or 250 yards.

  • • June-August: Fridays at 10:00am
  • • September-June: Wednesdays at 10:00am

Masters Swim for Adults

Masters Swim at ClubSport is an organized adult swim program for ages 18 and up offering coached swim workouts for fitness and competition in a positive, supportive, and fun environment.

This program is open to adult swimmers of all levels — enthusiast, competitive, or triathlete — dedicated to improving their fitness. Structured workouts range between 2,500-3,000 yards. Because consistency is more important than distance, new simmers are encouraged to gradually build their fitness level to complete the entire workout.

Masters Swim is free and is on a drop-in basis. Swimmers entering the program must have an intermediate level of swim fitness and be capable of swimming 500 yards without stopping. Knowledge of all swim strokes is not required.

  • • Sunday: 7:30-8:45am
  • • Monday-Thursday: 6:45-8:15pm
  • • Friday: 6:15-7:30am

In addition, some members of our "Club Hot Tub" Team regularly compete in local and regional Pacific Masters Swim meets. Participation is completely optional. Meets include:

  • • Rinconada Masters (Palo Alto)
  • • Pacific Masters Championship (Pleasanton)
  • • USMS National Short Course Championship (Clovis)
  • • Lake Berryesa Swim: One- and Two-Mile (Napa)
  • • Annual Alcatraz Swim (San Francisco)
