Member Self-Service Informational Guide

Please note: services and amenities vary by club and not all instructions listed will apply to your club.

How Do I Log In?

Click Account Login in the upper right hand corner. Enter your User Name and Password. Click Sign In.

First-time user? Use the bar code on the back of your membership card as both your User Name and Password. Customize your User Name and Password after you log in for the first time (My Account > Scroll to My Login Details).

Contact Member Services if you need assistance.

What are the Password Requirements?

Must be at least 8, but no more than 32 characters long.

Best Practice: Must have at least 2 of these 4 character types: 1 uppercase letter (recommended), lowercase letters, numbers, and characters.

Password Restrictions:

· Cannot be the same as your User Name or member number on the back of your membership card.
· Cannot contain the User Name or member number on the back of your membership card (for example, if your User Name is jfranklin or jasmith, the password cannot be jfranklin01 or jasmith#2).
· Cannot contain the word ‘password’.
· Cannot be the same as one of your last 5 passwords or one used in the last 6 months.

What Devices and Browsers Can I Use to Access the Member Self-Service Portal?

Devices:

· PC with operating system Windows XP SP3; Windows Microsoft® Windows® XP Professional with Service Pack 3; Windows Vista® Business, Ultimate, or Enterprise with Service Pack 2; or Windows 7® Professional, or Ultimate
· iPad and iPhone with operating system iOS 5.1.1 or higher
· Android devices with operating system 2.3.5 or higher

Browsers

· Microsoft Internet Explorer 9 or higher
· Mozilla Firefox 12.0 or higher
·Google Chrome 19.0 or higher
· Safari 5.1 or higher (on a PC)

How Do I Change my Username or Password?

Once you are logged in, select My Account from the menu on the left. Scroll to My Login Details and select Change Username or Password.

How Do I Make a Payment?

Once you are logged in, select My Account from the menu on the left. From the Payments box, select Pay then Select the Payment Amount, select the Payment Type, and click Make Payment to complete the process.

How Do I View My Statement?

Once you are logged in, select My Account from the menu on the left. From the Payments box, select View Statement to view or print your current statement. Important Note: You will only see your current month’s statement. To View statement from prior months, please contact Member Services.

How Do I Edit My Personal Information?

Once you are logged in, select My Account from the menu on the left. From the My Info box, select Go to My Info. From there you can edit your personal info.

How Do I View My Account History?

Once you are logged in, select My Account from the menu on the left. From the My Account History box, select Go to My Account History. From there you can view your invoices and receipts – current and history. Important Note: If you click View to access your current statement, you will only see your current month’s statement. To view statements from previous months, please contact Member Services.

If you need to see more information about a specific item, click Details. If you need to print your account history, click Print.

How Do I View My Usage History?

Once you are logged in, select My Account from the menu on the left. From the My Usage History box, select Go to My Usage History. From here you can view how many times you’ve been to the club.

How Do I Enroll in a Class or Course?

Once you are logged in, select Classes & Courses from the menu on the left. Click Enroll in New Class or Enroll in New Course. What’s the difference? Classes – Meets one time. Enroll in each class separately. Course – Meets multiple times for a specific period of time. Enroll once and you’re enrolled for all classes during that time.

Find the category for the type of class you want to enroll in. Click Enroll in Class. If you’re not sure what category your class Is under, click View All Class Times.

Click the date arrows and tabs to find the class you want to enroll in. Click your class so it is highlighted in bright yellow. Click Enroll in Class.

Click Pay Later or Pay Now. What’s the difference?

Pay Now – Pay with a credit card. Your club does not have on-account charging privileges.

Pay Later – Add the fee to your account so it gets paid with your next monthly payment. Your club has on-account charging privileges.

On the next screens, either enter your credit card information (Pay Now) or confirm your on-account payment (Pay Later). When you’re done, confirm your enrollment and Click Close Window.

Check your email for an enrollment confirmation. Your class also appears under My Classes on your Dashboard. To un-enroll, click Details next to the class in your Dashboard. Check your email for an un-enroll confirmation.

How Do I Schedule an Appointment (Personal Training, Spa, Health & Fitness Consultation, Pilates)

Once you are logged in, select Appointments from the menu on the left. Then select Schedule and Appointment, select your club and service and click View Available Appointments. Click the date arrows and tabs to find an appointment. Click the appointment so it is highlighted in yellow. Click Schedule Appointment at the bottom of the screen. Click Close Window. You will receive an email confirmation. You should see your appointment under My Appointments in the Appointment or Dashboard screen. Contact the club to cancel or change your appointment.

Please note: these steps only apply to clubs that are set up to schedule and purchase these services online.

How Do I Purchase an Appointment (Personal Training, Spa, Health & Fitness Consultation, Pilates)

Once you are logged in, select Appointments from the menu on the left. Then select Purchase an Appointment, select your club and service and click Next. Click Pay Now. Depending on your club’s on-account charging policies, you can pay upfront or add the purchase to your account. Charges for your purchase get added to your account balance and is due and payable on the next billing cycle.

A confirmation screen appears once your payment is processed. To schedule your purchased appointment, follow the steps for scheduling an appointment.

How Do I Reserve a Court?

Once you are logged in, select Court Reservations from the menu on the left. Select your club and type of reservation. Click View Available Reservations. Click an open Date and Time (white space). Click Make Reservation. Important Note: Refer to the Legend to understand what the colors on the schedule mean.

Confirm your reservation details. Click Make Reservation. View your confirmation. Click Close Window. Important Note: Contact the club to cancel or change your reservation.

Your reservation appears in My Court Reservations. It also appears under My Court Reservations from your Dashboard.
