Renaissance ClubSport is excited to offer the 3rd annual Revive & Thrive Wellness Retreat, a weekend getaway designed to introduce you to clean eating and the practice of yoga and mindful meditation. All levels welcome, beginners to advanced.
This retreat is a nurturing blend of yoga, Pilates, nutritional guidance, stress management, and personal empowerment designed to boost your physical and mental health and set the stage for a lifestyle transformation.
The retreat will begin with learning the foundations to a well-functioning body with detoxifying clean eating and transforming meditation. Then, learn a practical, hands-on approach to bringing healthy food, yoga and Pilates into your everyday life. Greet your second day of the retreat with a refreshing smotthie, followed by a cutting edge nutrition seminar, stress release workout, and cooking demo over a delicious lunch. At the end of your weekend retreat, you will be empowered with the knowledge, skills, and motivation you need to continue with a clean eating lifestyle.
Rates for Retreat:
- Weekend Wellness Retreat: $225
- Saturday Retreat: $165
- Sunday Retreat: $75
- Add Friday and/or Saturday night stay: $109 per night
Prices include all meals, refreshments, seminars, workshops and exercise classes on selected days.
Optional activities:
Participants will have full use of our world-class fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment, pool, Jacuzzi and sauna. Spa treatments are available for an additional fee. Wellness retreat participants receive 15% off with advanced reservations.

Saturday, October 8

1:00pm: "Healthy Eating Starts with Healthy Foods" with Laura Bartron - A workshop to help you tune up your pantry and re-stock with clean foods.
2:30pm: Refresh with Detox Smoothie
3:00pm: Yogalates - Featuring RCS Elite Personal Trainer Ann Affinito
4:00pm: Free time to enjoy the pool, spa or fitness center

8:30pm: Pajama Relaxation Meditation with RCS Master Yoga Instructor

Instructor Bios
Laura Bartron
Laura Bartron, award winning Nutritionist for Renaissance ClubSport & Regional Nutritionist for Leisure Sports Inc., has been designing comprehensive holistic nutrition and lifestyle programs for more than 10 years. Her sensible whole foods approach to health and healing are complemented by her strong ability to motivate individuals to make positive, yet manageable dietary and lifestyle changes in a step-wise fashion. Laura holds a B.S. degree in Holistic Nutrition from Clayton College of Natural Health and holds certifications as a nutrition consultant and instructor. Laura offers private consultations, weight loss programs, wellness seminars, cooking classes, detox programs and continuing education for health and fitness professionals.

Leslie Davenport
Leslie has unique qualifications in the Body-Mind-Spirit field. As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in practice for more than fifteen years, she understands the health impact of thoughts and emotions. As a pioneer of guided imagery in psychotherapy and integrative medicine, Leslie has braided her expertise with body-mind-spirit into a health-care revolution that recognizes the role of meaning and the spiritual dimensions of life as an integral part of health and healing. Leslie has more than ten years teaching experience at universities and she served as core faculty with the Transpersonal Psychology Graduate Program at John F. Kennedy University. Leslie is currently in practice at the Health & Healing Clinic at California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco and Marin. She is also clinical faculty with the Institute for Health & Healing’s Integrative Medicine Certificate Program.

Ann Affinito
Ann currently holds Elite Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, Group Exercise Leader and C.H.E.K. Lifestyle Coach Certifications; and placed first in figure competitions in 2010, 2008 and 2005. Physical fitness is a true passion of Ann’s. She has been teaching and training for over 13 years. She specializes in women’s fitness and small group training (creator of True Balance™). Ann’s motto is, “Commit, focus and attain fulfillment, one step at a time! If you believe, you will achieve!”

Mary Ann DeCosta
Mary Ann has taken her enthusiasm for health and fitness from a personal level to a professional level by helping others achieve their own wellness goals. Her Elite Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor and C.H.E.K. Lifestyle Coach certifications are impressive, but her 1st Degree Black Belt in Karate is what sets her apart from the rest! Mary Ann specializes in weight management and sports conditioning, pre and postnatal training and rehabilitation.
