Kids Sports
Renaissance ClubSport offers a wide variety of programs to keep kids active and healthy. So whether they are looking for a recreational class or a competitive league, encourage your kids to get active and get out there and have some fun.
Kid Ex Class
Kids, ages 6-12, can enjoy getting fit and learning the muscle of the day in a variety of aerobic activities with a certified group fitness instructor.
Dance
A variety of dance styles are offered for kids, ages 2-12. Classes are taught in a fun and upbeat environment while style and technique are emphasized. Sessions include a dance recital for dancers and their families.
Tumbling
Kids, ages 3-5, will learn a fun-filled circuit of tumbling activities. Each week will focus on different body shapes and skills used in gymnastics. The last class will be a recital to showcase all of the kids’ new tumbling skills. A parent participation class is also available for kids, ages 18 months - 3 years, and their parent.
Music
Kids, ages 3½-6, will use games, activities, singing and instrument play to learn how to feel the music from the inside out. Music, Piano and Me will teach the children musical concepts to prepare them for playing the piano and instrument lessons.
Soccer
Kids Soccer is the perfect opportunity for 2-5 year olds to learn about the fundamentals of soccer in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Stretching and warm-ups will be a part of every lesson in addition to a variety of other skills children will need to progress to the next level.
Karate Kids
Kids, ages 5-12, can join ClubSport’s own 6th Degree Black Belt, Pedro Bernardy, for this exciting karate class. Kids will build self-confidence, gain self-discipline and improve their fitness in this friendly and encouraging atmosphere. This class includes basic self-protection and traditional martial arts training.
Spanish
Kids, ages 3-5, will have fun exploring a new language. This class teaches basic to conversational skills through the use of music, games, art and more.

TeenFit Certification
For teens ages 12-17, this complimentary one-hour fitness orientation provides basic instruction on proper use of fitness equipment and common gym etiquette. This ensures a positive experience and the freedom to use the fitness center during non-primetime hours without parental supervision. Encourage your teen to make fitness a part of their routine by scheduling a TeenFit Certification at the Fitness Desk.
