Yoga & Pilates
Renaissance ClubSport in Orange County offers comprehensive Yoga and Pilates courses. Our instructors keep up with the latest techniques and practices that will relax and challenge you. Come experience our classes in Ashtanga or Hatha yoga, as well as a range of Pilates mat, roller and reformer classes. Get ready to stretch yourself, and your awareness, in a whole new direction.
Yoga
Yoga is a form of exercise that strengthens your entire body, improves your flexibility, develops balance, improves circulation and reduces stress. It is an excellent complement to any athletic sport, helping prevent injuries and establish greater stability and range of motion. We offer a variety of yoga practices including Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga and variations that incorporate elements from various practices. Look at the group fitness schedule to find a class that is right for you.
Pilates
Using specialized Pilates movements, these classes condition your body from the "core" outward. Practicing Pilates will reward you with greater strength, grace and flexibility along with improved posture, balance, and range of motion. Our certified instructors will guide your transformation. No matter what your age or condition, Pilates will work for you.

Pilates Mat ClassesWe offer various levels of Pilates mat classes taught by our certified Pilates instructors. Group mat classes are offered at no charge to our members.
Private Pilates Instruction
One-on-one private Pilates sessions provide programs tailored to meet your specific needs and goals.
1 session: $90
3 sessions: $199 (new clients only)
6 sessions: $510
12 sessions: $960
24 sessions: $1800
Duet Pilates Instruction
Duet Pilates sessions can be fun and motivating. You and a friend will share the time of your Pilates instructor who will tailor your workout so that you can practice together.
1 session - $60/ea

New Member Fast Track Pilates
This class will introduce you to Pilates equipment and focus on the benefits of Pilates, equipment training and basic exercises. Class will include information on improvements in posture, body alignment, core strength, flexibility, muscular strength, endurance, balance and coordination. Please sign in at the Club Desk 30 minutes before class.

Pilates Reformer Classes
The Reformer classes offer in-depth training focusing on proper form while developing strength, flexibility, and core control. Students develop increased body awareness, better posture and ease of movement in their daily activities. These are semi-private classes consisting of four participants. Pilates Class Policies
All classes are held in one of our group fitness studios.
Pilates is a progressive program and as you master skills you can advance to the next level for greater benefits. For your safety instructor approval is required for participation in advanced level classes. Because the Pilates program is based on a specific progression of skills and a highly certified instructor we ask the courtesy of 24-hour notice if you are unable to attend your session. Pilates classes are non refundable.
