Be Adventurous Candlelit Yoga
This class fuses various styles of yoga (including Ashtanga, Anusara, Yin Yang, Kundalini, and Iyenger) into one incredible experience. The element of relaxation is enhanced by the gentle glow of candles. All levels are welcome.

Be Athletic Yoga
Bring out the best in you with poses that focus on the areas of your body that tend to hold the most tightness from everyday activities and workouts, such as your hips and lower back. All levels welcome.
Be Energetic Yoga, Level 2
This vigorous style of Vinyasa invigorates the mind, body, and soul through a heat-building sequence of poses. This class is for the more experienced yoga student.
Be Gentle Yoga, Level 1
Feel the therapeutic power of yoga. Poses in this class focus on proper alignment for optimal well-being. Modifications are offered for students new to yoga.
Be Still Yoga, Level 1
Relax and unwind. Restorative stretches, meditation, and breath work featured in this class will challenge you to find the stillness in your body and mind.
Be Strong Yoga
This dynamic twist on yoga will tone your arms, back, shoulders, legs, and core with traditional poses while giving you the option to add more resistance with your own body or light weights.
Build a lean, strong body with Pilates. Our certified Pilates instructors will guide you through this system of exercises designed to develop core strength, build flexibility, improve body awareness, and decrease the risk of injury. Choose from free Pilates mat classes or sign up for fee-based small group Pilates reformer classes. Small group sessions are held in studios and offer classical as well as advanced training on the equipment. Private lessons are also available.

Reformer classes help condition your body from the core on out through specialized movements and finely-tuned resistance machines. Results include greater strength, grace, and flexibility, as well as better posture, balance, and range of motion. Best of all, reformer classes work for everyone no matter age or condition.

- Sign up for Introduction to Reformer, a one-time free class for members to learn or review proper technique. This class is held Mondays at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 10:30am. To reserve your spot, call Carolyn Coleman at (949) 330-5506.
- Purchase individual sessions or buy a package at a discounted cost.
- After completing your Introduction to Reformer class and purchasing your sessions, you can start signing up for reformer classes. To reserve your spot, visit the Activities Desk or call Carolyn Coleman at (949) 330-5506.
